Where to Find the Dectus Medallion LEFT Half in Elden Ring
Most players will likely come upon the left side of the Dectus Medallion first. The item may be found in Mistwood and is rather easy to obtain early in the game.
To find it, players should travel to Fort Haight in Mistwood's eastern region. Players will have to fight their way through a number of soldiers who have taken up residence in the fort. Locate the fort's tallest tower and climb it using the ladder. A treasure chest contains the medallion.
Where to Find the Dectus Medallion Right Half in Elden Ring
The right half can be discovered in Fort Faroth, which is near Dragonbarrow in Caelid, as mentioned in the description of the left part. This component is a little more difficult to obtain because it requires you to defeat certain high-level foes.
When you enter Fort Faroth, you'll see that the interior is narrow, dark, and full with Giant Bats. They're not like the bats you'll see in Limgrave, since they have substantially higher health and attack power. Harpies (or Chanting Winged Dames), who can inflict poison, are included within the group. Players can either fight their way through the room or simply race for the ladder in the hopes of making it out alive.
Once at the top of the ladder, players must search for a treasure chest containing the item. The top of the fort is also home to some Spectral Knights, so be cautious.
After obtaining both components, players should travel to the Grand Lift of Dectus, which is located between Liurnia of the Lakes and the Altus Plateau.
